Production Operative - Picking & Packing

Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour
Working Days: Monday-Saturday availability required

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Wellingborough!

This is not just a standard picking and packing role. We are looking for people who are quick-thinking, highly computer literate, detail-oriented and confident working with technology while keeping up with a demanding workload.

If you have previous picking and packing experience, are confident using computer systems and enjoy keeping busy, we want to hear from you!

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

• Using computer systems and scanners to process orders and update information.

• Working at pace to meet daily targets and deadlines.

• Use tape guns to pack orders

• Checking products and orders to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Following production and packing procedures.

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly.

• Keeping your workspace organised and maintaining high standards.

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Previous picking and packing experience is essential.

• Excellent computer literacy and confidence using computer systems.

• A quick learner who can think on their feet and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

• Someone who thrives under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Flexibility to work across Monday-Saturday, as required.
