Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality seat cushions and pillows for a variety of industries.They are committed to delivering excellent products while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Our production department is an integral part of our production process, and we are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our team.Job Overview:We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to work in our Moulding Department, responsible for producing moulded seat cushions and pillows.This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:- Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.- Monitor and control the moulding process to ensure product quality and consistency.- Load raw materials into moulds, operate machinery, and remove finished products.- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment.- Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when required.- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.Qualifications:- Prior experience in a manufacturing or moulding environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.- Good physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting, moving, and operating ..... full job details .....
