Shift Hours as a Production Operative in Coventry:Fixed day shift8 hours per day07.00 - 15.00 Some shifts may start earlier or finish later due to the demands of the business. Monday to FridayWeekend support required in busy periods Long term workOpportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.Pay Rates for Production Operative: 12.31 per hour for first levelPay increases as and when you are trained and skilled in various tasks. Basic pay can rise to 15.50 per hour before overtime. Duties as a Production Operative in Coventry: Support the warehouse facility in the fabrication department making various piped solutions. Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made.
