Must have carpentry / joiner / framework / construction / labouring / production experience Must be able to work 3 shift rotation, AM, PM and Nights to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools and possess mechanical knowledge.This is a long term role, and there is every potential to gain a full time contract after a 12 week period. The chosen candidate must have previous experience working to targets within a manufacturing and production industry.This role is full time only - no part time roles available. Training provided - we ask for candidates with a can do attitude and willingness to learn. Details of a Production Operative based in B35 Sutton Coldfield: Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday 06.00 - 14.00Early finish on a Friday. 06.00 - 13.20Monday to Thursday 14.00 - 22.00Friday 13.20 - 20.40Nights Sunday to Thursday 22.00 - 06 49 per hour MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS ON ROTATION Flexibility in shifts will be required to support busier periods. Potentially 12 hour shifts or additional night shifts. (premiums will be paid) or rotation AM and PM. Production Operative pay between 12.60 and 20.40 per hour.
