Production Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver - Witney | -16.45 per Hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start

• -16.45 per hour
• overtime - -24.65 per hour
• Sunday - 32.90 per hour
• Weekly pay - every Friday

• Rotating 3-shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00
• Ongoing, full-time work
• Immediate starts available

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Feeding raw materials into manufacturing equipment
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the warehouse
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and reporting any hazards or near misses
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

• At least 1 year''s Counterbalance FLT experience
• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (in-house licences accepted, accredited licences desirable)
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Able to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
