The Best Connection Swindon is currently recruiting for a Production operatives to work in their furniture manufacture warehouse. This is day shift starting at 05:30. There is a permenant position available after a sucessful trial period.Our client is in the Swindon area, easily accessible by public transport.Hours and pay: Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 14:00pm 12.71 - 13 DOEKey ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing heavy delicate items.Light sanding of furniture when requiredQuality Control: Checking items for quality, accuracy, and defects.Material Handling: Preparing, loading, and moving raw materials.Finishing and Packing: Polishing, varnishing, and packing finished items for dispatch.Requirements and SkillsPhysical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings/instructions.Experience in manufacturing or furniture industry is preferred but not essential.
