Operative - Responsibilities: Operating a varierty agricultural / plant machinery safely and effectively Efficently managing the production process - press lines, mixing, grinding, blending. Managing computerised control systems to monitor plant performance General maintenance, repairs, and upkeep equipment, machinery and buildings.
