Production Operator (AM Shift)Location: HorshamPay Rate: 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.65 after 12 weeks)Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pmAbout the RoleWe''re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join the Final Assembly team on the PM shift. You''ll play an important role in building and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards and safety procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test finished goods according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard build timesCarry out visual inspections to ensure all products meet quality requirementsOperate test equipment and interpret pass/fail criteriaMaintain accurate records and comply with all safety protocolsParticipate in daily shift briefings and end-of-shift handoversWork collaboratively with a team of around 10 colleagues under structured shift managementWhat We''re Looking ForExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions in EnglishStrong communication skills with the ability to retain and apply informationPhysically capable of performing tasks involving standing, bending, and light liftingComfortable working in both seated and standing positionsPositive team player with a proactive approach to achieving production goalsDesirable ExperiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
