Production Operative

Production Workers Required ASAP in Horsham RH13 We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to work in fast paced production starting ASAP. The operative will be working on the SMT line (Surface Mount Technology), you will ideally have experience in production/assembly and be able to follow instruction. Good attention to detail is a must. This is a fantastic opportunity for a temporary, on-going position. Your duties will include:Loading correct programmes on the machine for the specific jobKitting PCBs for jobInserting correct trollies into the machines Preparing and inputting PCB stencil into the machineKeeping on top of reel replenishmentRaising errors on the machine to the correct personal, after completing operator checksA good eye for completing visual inspectionUsing ATE to test finished boards - recording data to access databaseDevelop fault finding once more experienced AM Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 6.30am - 2.30pmPM Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 9.00pm 12.21 per hour with further increase after 12 weeks.
