Production Operative

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.

Due to the nature of their products, you will be working within a controlled environment so will be required to wear full PPE for the duration of your shift.

Production Operative Job Details and Benefits;

• -12.71 per hour
• Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm
• Weekly pay
• Full PPE provided

Production Operative Responsibilities;

• Running an injection molding machine
• Basic button pressing
• Loading/unloading material
• Quality checking and inspecting molded products
• Working within a controlled environment
• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
• Completing paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Completing any other duties as necessary

Production Operative Person Specification;

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training is given
• Confident manner
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good knowledge of written English is essential
