Production Operative

Talent-UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join an award-winning family business on a temporary to permanent basis working the late shift, with an hourly rate of £13.30 per hour, along ongoing training and development.
 
Production Operative Duties:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading of products from the line
• Monitor product quality and report and defects or issues
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

 
Production Operative Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team

 
What''s on offer for the Production Operative:

• Hourly rate of £13.30 per hour  
• Working hours: 2pm - 11pm Monday to Thursday & 2pm - 6pm Friday 
• Shift allowance paid weekly 
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity
