Production Operative Location: Wishaw (client confidential) Shifts: Rotational dayshift and backshift (6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm) Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunity A local manufacturer in Wishaw is looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day. What you ll be doing: Carrying out production and packing duties on the manufacturing line Manual handling of products up to 25kg on a regular basis Following safe working practices at all times Ensuring quality standards are met Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets What we re looking for: Previous production or warehouse experience preferred but not essential Ability to carry out heavy manual handling throughout the shift A strong work ethic and good timekeeping Must be able to drive due to shift times and location What s on offer: Weekly rotational shifts (6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm) Ongoing temporary work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate Supportive team environment and full training provided STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
