Production Operative Location: HuddersfieldDuration: Temporary to permanent Working Hours: 39 hours per week. Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Fri 8am - 3.30pm.Hourly rate: 12.71 - 13.00p/hStafflex are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembler on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Huddersfield. Our client produces high-quality, bespoke products built to customer specifications and is looking for motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive business.Duties: Preparing products for spraying, including cleaning surfaces, masking, and scotchingApplying coatings using a multi-stage spraying process, including mist coats, colour coats, and lacquer finishesCarrying out quality checks on finished products, including surface inspections, scratch tests, tape tests, and completing QC checklistsAlways working to high quality standards and following production proceduresMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFull training will be provided across all areas of the role.Essential competencies: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.High level of accuracy and attention to detailFull UK drivers license as you will occasionally be asked to drive company van to cover holidays / absence.Willingness to learnFlexibility for over/time during peak periods.Benefits:Permanent job opportunity.Onsite parking.Weekly / ..... full job details .....
