The Role Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Hours: 3 shift rotation We''re looking for a Production Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role where you''ll play an important part in keeping our operation safe, efficient and delivering great-quality products. Previous packaging manufacturing experience is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. What You ll Be Doing: Work safely and follow Health and Safety and PPE requirements. Support the team to achieve daily production and quality targets. Carry out quality checks and help minimise waste. Follow agreed processes and contribute ideas for improvement. Support and work positively with colleagues. Keep your working area clean, safe and organised. Report quality, maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Take an active role in creating a positive Health and Safety culture.
