The role will predominantly be based on the Double Day shift, working as part of the Production team. Nevertheless, applicants will need to demonstrate full flexibility in terms of shift patterns and work areas within the operations function. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures, as well as their ability to work as part of a wider team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential requirements of this roles as is being flexible to cover other shifts and work overtime in line with business needs.
