Production Operative – Day Shift

Location: Little Melton, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 18:00 (4 days per week, with one weekday off and weekends free)

About the Role

Select Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established, non-meat food manufacturing client based in Little Melton. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy and fast-paced production environment, ideal for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and looking for stable, ongoing day shift work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are consistently met
• Pack and label finished goods accurately
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a production or factory setting is advantageous but not essential
