Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm

Pay Rate:
£12.86 – £13.75 per hour (DOE)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Mildenhall. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.

Duties:

• Working within a fast-paced production environment
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Assembling and handling manufactured components
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Manual handling and heavy lifting involved

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production targets
• Previous manufacturing or production experience advantageous but not essential
