Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: WF17, BatleySalary: 13.73 per hour (starter rate)About the RoleWe are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing unit in Batley.This is a hands-on production role within a modern, highly automated environment, where you''ll work alongside machinery to help manufacture and produce products efficiently and to a high standard.You''ll be part of a team, monitoring the production process, carrying out routine checks and ensuring everything is running smoothly and safely.Working Hours - Rotating Shift PatternWeek 1: 5:50am - 2:00pmWeek 2: 1:50pm - 9:30pmAfter 12 weeks, employees will move onto an annualised hours contract, which includes a requirement to work 7 Saturdays per year.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside automated production machineryMonitoring the production process and outputCarrying out routine quality checksOperating equipment safely and efficientlyCompleting repetitive production tasks when requiredIdentifying and reporting any issues with the production processMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all health and safety proceduresWorking effectively as part of a busy production teamRequirementsPrevious production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essentialComfortable working around machinery and automated processesAbility to work rotating shiftsComfortable with repetitive tasksGood attention to detailReliable, punctual and willing to ..... full job details .....
