About the Role
This position is for a Production Operative Rotating Shift based in Redditch, offered on a full-time, temporary basis by Pertemps Redditch Industrial. The role pays £13.73 per hour and involves a rotating shift pattern of Monday to Thursday, with hours from 0600 to 1630 or 1630 to 0300, totalling a 42-hour working week. Key duties include production line assembly, machine operation, and conducting optical quality checks. Candidates must support team targets for quality and quantity while adhering to health and safety regulations.
