Production Operative

Our client in Littleborough is looking to recruit a Production Operative to work out of their manufacturing site. The work will involve: Laminating Fibreglass Products Applying various substances to a mold Attention to detail Quality checking Manually lifting and moving goods and putting away when finished Housekeeping and general production duties as needed. Working times and pay: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 Mon-Weds, 08:00-17:00 Thurs and 07:00-15:00 Friday 40 hours per week paid after breaks 12.95 per hour initially with increases available up to 14.00 p/h + after 12 months Various bonuses when perm including attendance, productivity Progression Opportunities Overtime over 40 hours paid at x 1.5 12 week Temp to perm opportunity Skills/Experience Needed: Previous Manufacturing/Factory experience needed Candidates need to be physically fit and able to do manual handling as well as able to work in a messy environment Experience in laminating or with coating substances or a background in painting and decorating would be an advantage Able to work commute to Littleborough for the advertised shift times Attention to detail essential Working with a permanent employee in a 2 man team If you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
