Production OperativeHourly Rate: £13.13Location: DaventryJob Type: Full-timeJoin a dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operative. This hands-on role involves day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards and daily targets.Day-to-day of the role:Handle, assemble, and process products within manufacturing and production processes.Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, policies, and risk assessments.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within production areas.Operate computer systems including Navision, Excel, and Windows.Follow material requisition orders and production schedules.Carry out chemical wash, cleaning, packing, and overflow production tasks.Undertake stud welding and spot-welding operations once trained.Accurately select, label, and prepare products for dispatch.Update basic production, damage, and scrap records.Meet daily production targets and deadlines.Support stock movements, dispatch documentation, and courier labelling.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Assist in other warehouse areas as operational needs require.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous production or warehouse experience desirable (training provided).Awareness of Health and Safety.Good attention to detail.Basic computer skills.Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.Willingness to learn and follow processes.Benefits:Friendly team environment.Full training and ..... full job details .....
