Their Exeter facility is at the heart of our UK operations, and they are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their growing team. The Role As a Production Operative, you ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assembling, cutting, and finishing. Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What We re Looking For Previous experience in a production environment.
