Production Operator Location: Thorne / Belton, DN8 Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Hours: 6:00am 6:00pm Pay Rates: Monday to Friday: £13.69 per hour Saturday: £20.53 per hour Sunday: £27.38 per hour The site is within commuting distance of Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Due to the location and shift pattern, candidates must have their own transport. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Carry out quality inspections and checks on finished products. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and work instructions. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. Report machinery faults, safety concerns, and production issues promptly. Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as required.
