Location: Thorne / Belton, DN8 Shift Pattern: Days and Nights - Rotation week1 Monday - Friday 7am- / hr week 2 Monday- Thursday / hr The site is within commuting distance of Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Due to the location and shift pattern, candidates must have their own transport. About the Role: We are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing facility in the Thorne/Belton area. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Carry out quality inspections and checks on finished products. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and work instructions. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. Report machinery faults, safety concerns, and production issues promptly. Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as required.
