Production Operative

This role involves working in a fast paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential. Job title: Production OperativeJob type: Temporary - OngoingLocation: MorpethPay rate: 14.54/hourShift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am(Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts) Responsibilities:Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standardsMonitor production output and report any faults or anomaliesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of work areaFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulationsWork collaboratively with team to help achieve targetsFollow all quality requirements as required escalating any non-conformances All aspects described will be trained and qualified.
