We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our fast-paced facility.

No previous experience is needed and full training will be given!

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary - ongoing

Pay rate: -12.71 per hour

Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ

Shifts: Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday''s)

Day shift: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00

Friday: Days: 06:00-12.30, 12:30-19:00

*Must be flexible with both the shifts*

Responsibilities:

• Handling and monitoring machines daily to ensure that the line is running smoothly, with accuracy and attention to detail and keeping to schedule.
• Working on the production line, ensuring high quality from start to finish.
• Working as part of a Production Team to directly contribute to the manufacture of world-famous cosmetic products.
• Working within our clean and partly automated factory with equipment that is constantly evolving.
• Achieve optimum performance of the equipment and the highest quality of product.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role / industry would be highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given
• Attention to detail is imperative
• To be able to thrive as part of a team
• Use initiative whilst working
• The ability to operate and control equipment (training will be given)
• The ability to follow instructions and production schedules precisely
• The ability to act quickly if a problem arises
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with a good level of English Language comprehension
