Production Operative

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production Operative to join our clients dynamic team in Basingstoke. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contribution directly impacts product quality and team success, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine.Location: BasingstokePay Rate: £13.46 per hour, 20% shift allowance for nights (£16.15 per hour)Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm)Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension Hours: 40 hours per week (Optional overtime available)Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be a vital part of the production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Your daily tasks will include:Production Excellence: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for assembly and material handling. Quality Control: Completing production paperwork, inspecting products, and ensuring all packaging meets high-quality standards. Equipment Operation: Starting, stopping, and supervising conveyor speeds while assisting with equipment validation. Logistics and Maintenance: Performing line clearances, weighing and labelling containers, and maintaining a clean, sanitised work environment in line with ISO/cGMP regulations.
