Production Operative

Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. The intention for the Production Operative role will be to eventually progress to become a Process Leader in the future. This is a permanent role upon completion of 3 months probation (temporary to permanent). Salary: £35,340 (includes shift allowance of £3,302) Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, Days and Nights on rotation (5.30am 5.30pm / 5.30pm 5.30am) PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: You are looking for a role with progression to a Team Leader role in the future, timescales are not confirmed as yet, you must be willing to work at a Production Operative level until further notice. You have extensive experience in a Production / Manufacturing company in a similar hands-on manufacturing role. You drive and have your own transport (Essential due to the location of the company). You are willing to work the shifts shown above.
