Production Operative

Proactive Global are currently recruiting for an Production Operator with Soldering Experience to join a well-established company specialising in electrical inspection, testing, compliance and safety services. Responsibilities:Assembling electrical components and parts according to instructions and specifications.Carrying out soldering work on electrical components, wires and circuit boards.Using hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.Identifying and reporting faulty components or assembly issues.Following health and safety procedures and company quality standards.Maintaining a clean, organised and tidy working environment.Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.Skills:Previous experience in assembly and soldering is preferred.Proven soldering skills and good manual dexterity.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow technical instructions and work to specifications.Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.A methodical and organised approach to work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivation, reliability and good timekeeping.Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing or production environment.Why work with Proactive?Proactive Global is an industry leading, specialist engineering recruitment agency focused on the ..... full job details .....
