Production Operatives required to work for a manufacturing company based in Buckingham. Job Purpose: To assist in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal components, supporting the production process while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate basic metalworking machinery and hand tools under supervision. Assist with cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts according to specifications. Perform routine checks on materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Follow all health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment. Support senior metal workers and supervisors in production tasks as required. Report equipment faults or production issues promptly. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a metalworking or manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
