Production Operative

Position: Production OperativeLocation: Cramlington We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Cramlington.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of mechanical and electrical products. The successful candidate will receive training and work as part of a supportive production team.The role will involve a combination of hands-on assembly, soldering, PCB work, product testing and operating manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical and electrical products in line with manufacturing instructions and safety proceduresCarry out hands-on assembly using a range of handheld toolsComplete PCB assembly and associated production tasksPerform hand soldering, including through-hole componentsAssemble finished products to the required specificationCarry out functional and quality testing of completed productsWork as part of a production team to achieve daily targetsComplete quality inspections throughout the manufacturing processAccurately complete relevant production and quality documentationOperate machinery and equipment as required, including metal press equipmentFollow all company health and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentSkills:Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferredSoldering ExpereincePractical, hands-on approach to ..... full job details .....
