As part of the operational team, the Production Shift Operator will support the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the facility.Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:Promote and support a Safety First culture throughout the siteCoordinate activities with external systems and ensure clear roles and responsibilities are in placeEnsure facility performance meets environmental standards and compliance limitsMonitoring production equipment and reporting any issuesWork to SOPs and production targetsManage consumables, additives, and waste bunker levels to maintain operational efficiencyOversee safe and compliant residue disposal processesAssist in executing maintenance and compliance activities as per scheduled plansOperate the Digital Control System (DCS) as requiredExperience and Qualifications required of the Production Operative:GCSEs A-C (or equivalent) in Science, Maths, English or a related subject (or equivalent industry experience)A minimum of 2 years'' relevant experience (Power, FMCG, Fast Paced Production, Continuous Process Production)Experience with computer-based control systemsWorking knowledge of integrated safe systems of work is desirableAn ..... full job details .....
