They are currently seeking Production Shift Operators for a state-of-the-art facility near Witham, Essex.As a key member of the operational team, the Production Shift Operator will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the site.Key Responsibilities:Champion a Safety First culture across all site operationsCoordinate with external systems and define clear operational responsibilitiesMaintain environmental compliance and performance standardsMonitor production equipment and report any operational issuesAdhere to standard operating procedures and meet production targetsManage consumables, additives, and waste levels to support efficient operationsOversee the safe and compliant disposal of residuesAssist in the execution of scheduled maintenance and compliance tasksOperate the Digital Control System (DCS) as requiredExperience and Qualifications:GCSEs A-C (or equivalent) in Science, Maths, English, or relevant subjects, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a relevant sector (Power, FMCG, Continuous Process Production)Familiarity with computer-based control systemsUnderstanding of integrated safe systems of work (desirable)Interest in mechanical or electrical systems (advantageous)Strong safety and ..... full job details .....
