Previous experience is not required, what matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a busy production team.Please note: due to the rural location and lack of public transport, access to your own transport is essential.Key Responsibilities:Working across various stages of the production line, including loading, checking, and packingInspecting and grading raw materialsMaintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanlinessAdhering to legal and company food hygiene standardsCompleting final packing and stacking of finished goodsSupporting supervisors and management with additional tasks as requiredCandidate Profile:Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment is desirableFlexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high work standardsComfortable working both weekdays and weekends as part of a shift patternGood communication skills with strong attention to detailBased locally to Colchester with own transportWilling and able to work ..... full job details .....
