Production Operative - 3 Shift Pattern Exeter £16.28 per hour £31,746 per year + overtime Rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm / 10 pm-6 am) Monday to Friday Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to join a global aerospace manufacturer working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Duties: Operate high-pressure washing equipment within the production process.Handle and process aerospace components.Maintain strict quality and safety standards at all times.Work as part of a busy production team.Carry out physically active tasks in an industrial environment. Requirements: Enjoy hands-on, practical work.Good physical stamina for a demanding role.Strong work ethic and reliability.Good attention to detail and safety awareness.Flexible to work rotating shifts.Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
