My client who are based in Burntwood are recruiting for a production operative to join the team. This is based in the Carbon department and full training is provided
Duties of a production operative

Willingness to learn new techniques
Quality checking for defects or inconsistencies
Use of measuring tools and equipment
Assisting with the preparation of materials
Working closely with the team
Good attention to detail
Adhering to health and safety regulations

The ideal trainee composite technician will have previous experience working in a factory environment where they have worked with hand tools or machinery.
