Production Operative
Pertemps are looking for a full time temporary to permanent production operative to join our client’s successful, hardworking friendly team based in countryside in Much Wenlock.
The main part of your job you will be in the production area, filling, mixing and bagging products, stacking them onto pallets and then moving to the loading bay when completed and loaded as required.
You will need to ensure at all points that you have the correct materials for the job role, make sure you are fitting the empty sack onto the line in order to fill them correctly, you will be lying the sacks down on the conveyor belt, and always be conscientious that you are lifting heavy bags when taking them from the line to the pallet. There are progression opportunities available once proven to be a hard-working and reliable employee.
Ideal Candidate

• Work Experience within a production environment
• To be mindful that you will be working with products, that are dusty.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift sacks up to 25kg.
• Have ability to work on own initiative.
• Be flexible

Hours
Mon-Fri Either 07:00 – 16:00 or 08:00-17:00
Half an hour unpaid break, and two 15-minute breaks.
Salary
£13.45 per hour
