About the Role

Pertemps Recruitment Isle of Wight is seeking a Production Operative for a full-time, temporary position in Ryde, paying £13.84 per hour. The role follows a rotating shift pattern of days (06:00-14:00) and nights (14:00-22:00), Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include operating machinery, following manufacturing processes, performing basic quality checks, meeting daily production targets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work within a team. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing background is beneficial. This position is based in a busy manufacturing environment on the Isle of Wight.
