About the Role
Pertemps Redditch Industrial is recruiting a Production Operative for an established automotive manufacturer in Beoley. This full-time, ongoing contract pays £14.54 per hour, rising to £14.93 after three months. The position follows a rotating AM/PM shift pattern: 0600 to 1400 (0600 to 1200 on Fridays) and 1400 to 2200 (1200 to 1800 on Fridays). Duties centre on loading robot machines and production lines with materials, keeping manufacturing running smoothly and efficiently. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking and detail-focused, with the willingness to work rotating shifts. Previous production or manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
