Production Operative / Packer

Pertemps are recruiting for temp to perm Production Operatives and Packers to work for our client based in Derby. Our client are a medical company and are looking to add to their team due to continued growth and new contract wins.

This role presents the successful Production Operatives and packers with a stable, long term position with the ability to go permanent through good performance and attendance.

Working Hours / Shift Patterns
+ Monday to Friday
+ Weekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts
+ Mornings - 6am to 2pm and afternoons are Monday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm and Friday 10am to 6pm

The successful Production Operative / Packer will:
+ Have previous experience in a Production, Warehouse or Packing environment
+ Be able to working in small teams with a strong eye for detail
+ Can read and write well in English due to the work being undertaken
+ Be comfortable working in extra PPE and in a clean medical environment

Your duties as a Production Operative / Packer will include:
+ Packing end of line medical components
+ Working on a production line feeding material and ensuring you avoid machine down time
+ Maintaining health and safety to ensure no work is written off
+ Following procedure to ensure safe operating polices are adhered to due to working on different customer projects.-

You will receive:
+ -12.71 per hour
