To be considered, you must be able to commit to a full 3 shift rotation, including AM, PM and Night shifts. Our client is a medical company and are looking to add to their team due to continued growth and new contract wins. You will be working with small component medical parts so the role will require good dexterity. This role presents the successful Production Operatives and packers with a stable, long-term position with the ability to go permanent through good performance and attendance. Working Hours / Shift Patterns + Monday to Friday + Weekly rotating (AM / PM/ Nights) + Mornings - 0600am-1430pm / Afternoons- 1400pm-2230pm / Nights- 2200pm- 0630am The successful Production Operative / Packer will: + Have previous experience in a Production, Warehouse or Packing environment + Be able to work in small teams with a strong eye for detail + Ideally some exposure to operating / loading machines (FMCG environment) + Can read and write well in English due to the work b...
