A Production Operative is required by a manufacturing client in Notgrove, paying £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 after completing full training. This temporary position offers both full-time and part-time hours across a four-day working week, Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30, with overtime available. The role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, following strict manufacturing procedures and GMP standards. Key duties include precision component assembly, labelling, and packing. Candidates must be meticulous, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to exact specifications. An immediate start is available for the right applicant.

We are currently recruiting for process operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment.
This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
    • Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
    • Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
    • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements
    • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals
Skills & Requirements:
    • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
    • Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience
    • Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
    • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
    • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
    • Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
    • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
    • Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
