This is a hands-on role involving the heat treatment of bearing rings, component inspection and general production duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hot industrial environment and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities - Loading bearing rings into furnaces for heat treatment and removing them at the required times. - Quenching components in oil within specified time frames. - Checking the hardness and roundness of components, making adjustments where necessary. - Assembling cage components between furnace loads. - Following production processes and health and safety procedures at all times. - Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
