Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: Crediton, DevonPay Rate: 12.21 per hourHours: Full time, 40 HPWContract: 12 weeks temporary to permanentWe are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative on behalf of a long-established, family-run manufacturing business based in Crediton. This organisation produces a wide range of animal nutrition products and is looking to add a motivated individual to its busy production team.The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, including:Preparing, manufacturing, and packing animal supplement productsMaintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environmentAssisting with general warehousing duties as requiredCarrying out physical tasks, including regular lifting of materials up to 25kgUsing internal computer systems for labelling, recording, and production-related tasksThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Is proactive and able to identify tasks to support production efficiencyIs self-motivated with strong organisational skillsHas good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detailIs confident using computersIdeally has previous production experience (full training will be provided)Holds a forklift licence (or is willing to undertake training if required)For further information please contact Pertemps (phone number removed) and ask to speak to ..... full job details .....
