Production Operative

Shifts: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)

THE ROLE

• Handling and lifting plastic AdBlue bottles.

• Working on your feet for 12-hour shifts.

• Working as part of a production team.

• Following health, safety and quality procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable and hardworking individuals.

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting.

Happy working 12-hour shifts.

Own Hi-Vis and safety footwear required.

TRAINING

• Monday: Factory induction and health & safety training.

• Tuesday & Wednesday: Training alongside existing staff.

• Thursday & Friday: Day shifts with training before the weekend off.

SHIFT PATTERN

Rotating days and nights.

5 days off in a row as part of the shift rotation.

Saturday overtime available (6–8 hours).

Permanent pay approximately £13.21 per hour, plus enhanced overtime.
