This role involves supporting both the production and warehouse functions, ensuring products are manufactured, packed, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and health and safety. Key Responsibilities - Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. - Assist with machine set-up and changeovers where required. - Pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch. - Pick, pack, and move stock within the warehouse. - Load and unload deliveries using appropriate equipment (where authorised). - Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. - Maintain accurate stock and production records when required. - Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe. - Report equipment faults, stock issues, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor. - Follow all company procedures and health and safety policies. - Work flexibly across production and warehouse areas to meet business needs.
