Shifts • 12-hour rotating shift pattern• 4 day shifts: 06:30 - 18:30• 4 days off• 4 night shifts: 18:30 - 06:30• 4 days off• Pattern repeats Rates of Pay • £12.75 per hour• Pay increase after 12 weeks Benefits Your benefits as a Production Operative will include: • Temp to perm opportunity• Overtime available• Career development and progression opportunities• On-site parking Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Working on a production line within a hot food manufacturing environment• Overseeing machinery and ensuring efficient production output• Packing products to specification and carrying out quality checks• Responding to machine or product issues and reporting to supervisors• Completing all relevant production paperwork accurately• Maintaining high safety and hygiene standards in line with HandS and Food Safety regulations• Setting up and operating bagging machines, sealers, check weighers, metal detectors and basket fillers• Monitoring product quality (weight, temperature, etc.) and recording information• Ensuring ..... full job details .....
