Production Operative - Wigan People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Wigan. Shifts • Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30• Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 Rates of Pay • £12.21 per hour Benefits As a Production Operative, you will receive: • Opportunity for growth and career development• Full training and ongoing support• Dynamic and supportive team environment• Free on-site parking Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production lines to ensure smooth and efficient processes• Reading, understanding, and following detailed work instructions to maintain quality and consistency• Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met• Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Essential Skills • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions accurately• A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets Desirable Experience • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential)• Availability to start ..... full job details .....
