We are recruiting for General Production Operators to join the existing production team at our clients facility in East Lothian where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the production environment working ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Always working safely, following HSE procedures.
• Supporting daily production operations within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Operating machinery, equipment and hand tools safely (full training provided).
• Feeding, stacking, grading, banding and packing finished products.
• Carrying out basic quality inspections and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the production area.
• Ensuring you achieve daily production targets.
• Taking part in safety briefings and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience within manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• A reliable, hardworking and hands-on approach.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A strong awareness of health and safety, or a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work across different production areas when required.
