Production Operative Aston Clinton, AylesburyWe are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client s busy production team based in Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking for an, ongoing position working Monday to Friday.Location: Aston Clinton, near AylesburyHours: Monday to Friday 14:30pm to 23:00pmPay: £13.45 per hour, holiday pay accrued, PAYE ContractThe RoleAs a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include: Working efficiently as part of a busy production lineHandling products as they move through the production processChecking products and labels to ensure they meet the required standardsPacking finished items into boxes from the production lineLoading and unloading items from the production lineCarrying out quality checks and identifying any issues or discrepanciesMaintaining a clean, tidy and organised working areaFollowing company procedures, production processes and health and safety guidelinesWorking as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are achievedEnsuring a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have: Previous production or manufacturing experienceA good level of attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsA good understanding of workplace ..... full job details .....
